thats right just had this problem the second time again the reset procedure with the u-print is! press the start botton and keep holding it unplugg usb cable and current from the uprinter then replugg it both to the uprinter while you keep holding the start botton .you will hear a noice keep holding about 2 m inutes.than the comuter will ask u for install the programm done it will work as new
check the homepage of vinpower try first to install. thats what the company recomend which should be responsable. but it is not working or better not true. my recomandation is take your xp programm convert it to vista or 7 i did it you can if you want. i have to search windows experts which made those programs they told me what to add and what to take. iam using windows vista as well . so there is ways. you have not to change the sistem for using the uprint
yes this might be true, that the installing . i think you just had the same problem. as mine you have to reset the botton the computer does not regonice the usb printer because the printer instll programm with the hardware somehow has some failed. and to reset just follow press the start botton unplugg usb and current cable from the uprinter keep holding the start botten replugg both usb and current to the uprinter. and here we go the computer will ask you for new installings and so just reput your cd installing and it will work again
hi, if you have or install disc, i worked it out differently, there are computer experts which make research for windows. it works online just search for experts of windows. how to convert from your xp program to 7 i did this to vista . i converted it to vista with some windows experts programm builder and so on. took me some time but the glue was i had to take out some tools and put something which is allready there. greetings
hi, thats true since vinpower never put a working vista, and 7 working program for the uprinter, i dont know what and why. but i try to help you since i was in your situation. you can convert your original xp- uprint program to make it work in vista or windows 7 the same program just contact windows expert on the windows page thats how i did it. greetings best things
