Question about Rheem Direct Vent Natural Gas Tankless Water Heater For 1-2 Bathroom Homes
Just installed a Rheem (Natural Gas Direct Vent Tankless) ECO180DVN and have a noisy vibration when turning on hot water. I only hear the vibration when system starts heating the water. If I turn off the water and turn it back on after a couple of seconds I will have another vibration, but it is not as noisy as when the original vibration.
Please let me know if this is normal or how to fix the problem.
This happen when there is air in the gas line...if the problem is still there after a couple of days you will have to return the unit for an exchange the gas control is giving problem...contact rheem first before making a exchange decision..they will walk you some step first to ensure there is not a problem
