Base from the description of your concern, lets do this we need to reset your BIOS settings to its default so restart the computer then access the BIOS menu by pressing the DEL key or it depends on your computer what ever the key that it uses to access BIOS menu, then from there look for the option to restore BIOS to its default and then save the changes and restart the computer and check if that fix the problem.
If still same problem open again BIOS menu and from there we need to change the boot sequence select the CD/DVD drive as the first boot device and then save changes and put the operating system installation disc and and restart the computer you should now be able to repair or do a fresh installation of your operating system now.

My laptop get restart in an intervals or get hang ...

This will occur if the Windows files are Corrupted or Fragmented, the solution is to backup by logging in to Safe Mode. Please restart the computer and try pressing F8 Key to select Safe Mode. If the Safe Mode is working fine then please backup the data and Format the computer using the Window XP or the Operating System Disc which you have. If the Safe Mode is not working then use any Linux CD like Ubuntu (www.ubuntu.com) it's free! Then boot the CD to backup the data for any external Hard Drive or Pen Drive and format the Notebook using the appropriate Operating System Disc like Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7.

get this from my shared drive(read instructions in there)

and wipe your disk clean (Warning...this process will make you lose all data on disk so be careful, if posible backup all critical data that you need)
once done install WinXP SP3(get a Windows XP cd from a friend or download a pirated copy from net) look for "WinXP SP3 piratebay" in google

when installing WinXP make more than 2 partitions (C, D, E)
Install WinXP in C
once done, let Windows boot and show Desktop
install WinVista or Win7 in D
use E for saving your critical data

Can't access laptop computer in safe mode, keyboard freeze up

Try booting your system from a LIVE cd like linux, a verson of Hiren's tools, or the UBCD (ultimate boot disc for windows). If your keyboard still freezes with the alternate OS, you may have a hardware malfunction.

Every time I log in my computer freeze

When booting up press F8 and boot in safe mode then run MSCONFIG and make sure your computer turns on running only basic programs. It could be you have a program running that is causing it to freeze as soon as you boot up. If it still freezes in safe mode you might need to repair windows using the original CD.

Gateway MX6927 Windows Xp won't boot

put your xp disk in the optical drive.Turn off computer. Turn computer back on as soon as you turn it on start tapping f 12 constantly.it should go the boot menu giving you a choice of booting from cd or hard drive choose boot from cd.Be sure you choose repair rather than new installation or you could loose all your information stored on the hard drive,I personally would try safe mode first you can get to safe mode by tapping f 6 when you first turn on your computer.

I would suggest that you run only one stick of Ram at a time to determine if they are the problem.. Also these CPU's had heat problems that damaged the cpu. This also causes freezing. I would consider resetting the CPU and the heat sink, and case fans are clean and working.

Can't get a picture

Turn of your computer. disconnect external devices like printer, scanner and then try. If you still have the same problem boot in safe mode by tapping F8 key as soon as u turn on the computer. In the advanced option window select safe mode and log in as administrator. Then disable all third party services and startup items and then check. If nothing works you have to do a repair installation in case you have the XP installation CD or try System Recovery

Lost admistrator password

There are 2 options if you have forgotten the password.

1)Turn the PC Off.

2)Now, as soons as you push power buttin to turn it ON, keep tapping F8 key

3)Select safe mode and enter.

4)Click on the adminstrator user and try to log in without typing any password.

If you are able to log in great otherwise Windows needs to un-installed and re-installed.
