Question about KitchenAid KBMS1454RSS Microwave Oven
Its a built in microwave and the bulb is inaccessible according to manufacturer which really means If it is past warranty you need to remove the unit. This is the document for proper installation: http://shared.whirlpoolcorp.com/assets/pdfs/literature/Installation%20Instructions%20-%208205303.pdf

I guess they think the bulb will last a long time you probably got a dud;)
