Try to check your browser settings. Delete browser cache and temporary files (by going to Tools-> Internet options-> delete). Also check the settings on your router if there are any blocked sites. Best way is to type the name of the site only is the address bar (like "google" or "yahoo") and click CLT+ENTER together. It will open the page automatically.
