I have a Thermador PRG304US. The far right burner

I have a Thermador PRG304US. The far right burner valve has broken in two (the stem connecting the handle to the valve). The part number 415500 no longer seems to be available. are there any generic parts for this?

We have a Thermador Mod SGCS365RW 5-burner that was new in 2001 and installed for Propane. It has worked fine until yesterday - the top center burner does not get gas to the burner. The igniter works fine....

Hi, if the other 4 burners are working fine, the problem must be in the valve stem. There is a linkage inside the valve body which may have stripped itself. If this is the case you would need to replace the valve.

Thermador rdss30rs xlo burners don't light and right side burners don't light either. can light right side with lighter. while burners are on igniter spark continously.

IF THE BURNERS DO NOT IGNITE
• Are the burner caps properly aligned and seated in the burner bases?
• Are the burner ports clogged?
• Is a fuse blown or is the circuit breaker tripped?
• Is the manual shut-off valve closed, preventing the flow of gas?

One of the Burners does not light.

I have the same problem and just took the cooktop apart to investigate. I disconnected the solenoid lines from the simmer controller (that is located under a metal guard to the right side under the burners) and checked them with an ohmmeter. It reads an open circuit, which suggest the solenoid is bad. When I turn the control knob on, I also read about 100V DC on the corresponding solenoid terminals of the simmer controller. I was surprised it was that high for a DC voltage, does anyone know if that is correct? I would hate to spend $90 on a replacement solenoid valve and then have it blow because the controller is putting out too much juice.
