Question about Samsung Refrigerators
HI. Unfortunately, this unit dose not have a "reset" command that can be easily initiated from the control interface. This will need to be done by preforming a hard reset. This will consist of a procedure called power cycling. To achieve this , simply, unplug the unit for five minutes. This will reset the PCB. Once the five minutes are up, carefully, reintroduce power to the unit and observe.
If you experience the same malfunctions, this will confirm that the main PCB board has failed. This main board will need to be replaced, due to shorted logic sector and possible relay damage. This is quite common during a power surge(circuit trip).
