Question about Samsung Cell Phones
Hi I can solve this,
The freezing you are experiencing occurs when you answer a call by sliding phone up or finishing a call by sliding phone down, or when you place phone onto table or other hard surface.
the problem is a loose battery connection .take the battery out
place a piece of paper (1cm wide and 2 cm long) around the rounded edge of the battery (starting where the S in SAMSUNG is) and refit battery, you may need to try thin card. this will push the battery closer to the phone contacts and so the battery contacts will be more into place..
hope this helps.
