Jpeg image as background

I have a Kenwood exelon KVT-819DVD head unit (they didnt allow me to put that in, so I had to chose the closest thing i could to it) and I'm having touble putting jpeg images on it. When I put in the usb flash drive, it recognizes the drive but it doesnt recognize the pictures in it. It just shows the drive as empty. What should I do?

ApprenticeI had the same thing happen to me. When the thumbdrive is in, make sure the source that is selected is the tuner, preferably. Then go to the monitor setup in the preferences and change the background that way. If it doesnt leave me a message.
