Question about Colibri Swiss CSQ Pocket Watch
Mcdevito75 here, This is a very common problem easily fixed, when the battery was change the repair prerson could have interfered with the seconds hand bending it ever so slightly so it hits the other hands or it became loose, return to the person who changed the battery, they"ll take the back off and fix that seconds hand. Remember this may be no ones fault so I don"t know about any extra charges for service on your watch. This is just my info to you.

Place the tip of your pocket knife in the slot on the back of the watch. Pry the back off.
Take your tweezers and grasp the metal piece that is hiding the battery.
Once that metal piece is out the battery should come out too.
Put the new battery in and cover it with the metal piece.
Put the back of the watch back on and snap it into place.
