Question about PC Desktops
On the front panel of the DVD-RW, you should see a small hole, either above or below the tray. Take a paper clip and open it out. This should just about fit into the hole. Push the clip tip into the hole as far as it will go and keep poking around. This will actuate the manual release lever for the tray and the tray should pop out.
S-L-O-W-L-Y pull the tray out and take out your DVD. Restart the computer and the tray should go in automatically.
Hope this helps! You should be able to buy spares directly from the manufacturer or a local computer store. You could even try a google search to find a store near you, or you can purchase the parts online.
