Question about Xerox WorkCentre PRO 128 Copier
On the control panel i receive error code 062-386 what can i do?
Try disconnecting the cables to the scanner and document feeder with the machine off. Make sure they are firmly connected then turn the macine back on.
Description At the adjustment of CCD output after power on, CCD does not make a correct output which it should when no light is incident on it.
The connectors are connected correctly. Yes No Unanswered
Connect the connectors.
Turn on the power again.
[062-386] reoccurs. Yes No Unanswered
Replace the CCD PWB ( PL 11.4). If the problem persists, replace the IIT/IPS PWB ( PL 11.3).
