Hi Demirtas,
I'll try and help you out...
1.  You could try the paper clip method but I wouldn't recommend it, if you are able to take your console to a near by games store they may open it for you using one of their power bricks...
2.  You'd have to run the correct voltage through the console or you could cause irreversible damage to the unit, you don't want to fry the motherboard!  You could pick up a pre-owned brick or use a voltage converter...
3. Yes you can use any power brick as long as the voltage is correct..
I hope this helps a bit, sorry if not.  Please rate!
Thank you!

My xbox 360 e power brick have orange light when not plug in the xbox, but when plug in it have no light but fan is running and xbox wont turn on, and this is a new xbox.

I have the same issue sometimes with my 360. You are going to have to unplug it from the wall, let it completely power down, then plug it into the 360 first, then the wall. It should work then.

My Microsoft Xbox 360 Pro's power brick wont turn

You can try to Reset the AC adapter by following steps below.

1. Unplug the xbox 360 AC adapter at both ends (from the back of the system and from the wall outlet or power strip).

2. After you've waited a full 2 minutes, plug the AC adapter back in on both ends and check to see if the power light comes on.

If this doesn't work it's probably fried from the power surge.

Xbox 360 elite showing no picture on screen...?? Have tried both HDMI and composite cables. Any suggestions

If the console turns on (you hear fans running and the ring of light is lit), possible issues may be:
1. TV is not on the correct input setting.
2. Graphics card failure (If under warranty, you should be able to send the console to Xbox for refurbishing).
3. Other hardware/software failure.

If the console doesn't turn on (No fans or lights), check the following:
1. Is the power brick plugged into a wall socket?
2. Is the Xbox plugged into the power brick?
3. Is the power brick LED lit? (If you answer no to this, the power brick is likely the problem.)

The power brick on my xbox 360 is red and is not overheating yet i smaell burning plastic from my xbox 360 console anyone have any tips?

A red light on the xbox 360 power brick usually indicates the Xbox 360 console has a short circuit. Here is how to be sure:

1. Try unplugging the power brick from the wall and from the xbox 360.
2. Wait about 30 seconds and plug the power brick into the wall power outlet.
3. Make sure the indicator light on the power brick is orange. ( If it's not orange then get yourself a new power brick and try again ).
4. Plug the power brick into the Xbox 360 console and try to power it on.
If your power brick turns red or you get an immediate three red ring error than you will need to have the console professionally repaired.
If your warranty with Microsoft has expired; the company I work for GATpro Repairs offers this service at a low flat rate and we pay for the return shipping.
Good Luck and I hope this has helped!

My xbox 360 first started locking up the video and now does not even display video; the power button is on with no rings

That sounds like their is a problem with the power going into the system. If you can borrow someone else's power cable and power brick, try that and put it on your system. Hopefully a new power source will give your Xbox the ability to get through those graphically intensive portions without freezing.

If you don't know anyone with an Xbox, you might be in trouble. Replacement cables and power supplies are not cheap, and that will not be a guarantee to fix the problem. I would call their tech support at that point.

I get a red light on my powerpack

i think that means that the connection between the power brick and the xbox isnt working, either your xbox needs repair or you need a new power brick, ask a friend with a 360 if you can borrow theirs and also their wires for the powerbrick and if it works then YOU need a new powerbrick and if it doesnt then your xbox is broken

110 volt usa xbox 360 to work in a 220volt country

The first possibility is that it was simply a faulty transformer, however the more lilkey problem is the transformer was not of a sufficient power to run the Xbox 360, you need to make sure that you buy a transformer that can supply at least 300w of power as this is what the xbox 360 requires, some cheaper models may have difficulty with this.
