How can we programme this?

I've just received 2 of these phones and find the manual most inadequate. I get error messages that have no reference and the instructions are not clear.

PITS-PGM NO? -> is what please?
    and
    CID-C Indication ??

Is one touch dialling a feature of this phone or not please and if so, why is it so complicated. Any help would be appreciated.

There's an excellent user manual available on

this page on the Panasonic support site

that takes you through the whole thing, with detailed pictures.

I think the whole process is best described with pictures as this phone has a lot of functions.

Don't forget to rate this solution once you've tried it.

There is either a fault on your line (get in touch with your supplier via email) or your service has been restricted by your provider, again email them.

MESSAGE LIGHT WILL NOT COME ON

In order to send a message between handsets you must have a message key programmed, to do this follow the instructions on the video upload, the shortcode is MSG. Please be aware that this is not Voice Mail, programmable messages for individual handsets are also available by dialling 48 + 01-09 , 48+00 clears the message off the screen. How do you save numbers for one touch dialling?

Press PROG the button and dial 2 + 9 + the number and STORE.

If your outside line access code is something different, insert it instead of "9".
