Easyest way would be to type it into a text file, everything you hear.

or you can probably get some software to do that

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

You must have already set up and trained a user with the Dragon NaturallySpeaking software prior to transcription. Make sure that the Digital Voice Editor (DVE) software is not opened prior to starting these steps.
Open the Dragon NaturallySpeaking software.
The Dragon Bar window opens. From the Dragon Bar menu, click the Sound button.
From the Sound button, select the Transcribe Recording menu item.
The Transcribe a Recording dialog box opens.
Click the large square button to the left to start the DVE software.
The Digital Voice Editor window opens.
NOTE: If the file you want to transcribe is still on the Integrated Chip (IC) recorder (which will be reflected on the left side in the IC Recorder window), you will need to connect the IC recorder to the computer using the supplied USB cable, or transfer the file to the computer.
Select the item you want to transcribe from the PC window on the right side.
Click on File from the tool bar.
Select the Voice Recognition menu item.
The Converting.. Dialog box opens.
The Transcription Options dialog box opens.
Click the Transcribe button to continue.
The Transcribing window and Dragon Pad window opens.
The text is displayed while the transcription is in process.
NOTE: Once the transcription is complete, it may be necessary to make grammar, word, punctuation, and formatting adjustments.
To save the text file, click on File from the tool bar.
Select the Save As. Menu item.
The Save As dialog box opens.
Browse to the folder location to which you want to save the text file and double-click on that folder.
The folder you chose should now be showing in the Save in drop-down box near the top.
Type in the desired File name in the File name drop-down box towards the bottom and then select the document type.
Click the Save button.
Click the X (close) button in the upper-right corner to close the Dragon Pad window.
Click the X (close) button in the upper-right corner to close the Digital Voice Editor software.

How do I change a 32 Bit to a 16 Bit?

Not only does the wav have to be 16 bit, it has to be PCM, 11.025
or 22.050 kHz, 16 Bit, Mono. I think it would be easiest just to play the audio from your sound recorder right into the microphone of your computer, since the Dragon software is especially made for listening on the microphone, Or hook up the audio out from the sound recorder to the Line-In jack of your computer using a male to male phono cable.

Saving images

Basically what it is saying in that paragraph is that you can also use this device as a flash dfrive and save images, text documents, etc. When the device is connected to your computer it is seen by the computer as a disk drive. You would access that disk drive and copy any images or files into any one of the DSS_FLD folders that you see when you access the drive letter that represents the recorder.

Need to download from mp3 player to a disc, is it possible

First, you will have to hook your Sansa to your computer. Then, you will need to double-click My Computer, double-click the icon or drive letter that corresponds to your Sansa, and then open the Voice folder. Find the recording that you want to back up and drag it to your desktop or other temporary location on your computer. Then you will most likely want to convert the recorded WAV file to mp3 format using Media Monkey or some other free conversion tool. Then use disc-burning software like Roxio or Nero to burn the converted file to CD. Have fun!

on Windows XP, you will need to convert those files into 16bit cd audio quality. You can do this thru Sound Recorder on the computer. Just make that you change the file name before converting. Open up sound recorder, open up file, save as, convert, then change quality to cd quality then ok. After it is saved in 16 bit format, open Windows Media Player and then burn.
