Have you tried pressing the 3 buttons?
Hard reset the CK 3100 by pressing all three buttons for two seconds and then pressing them a second time, a warning should indicate that you are about to reset all settings
Hold the answer and hangup buttons down for 5 seconds {press red and green and hold} the parrot kit will then tell you it is erasing memory then it will say ready for pairing, Turn on your bluetooth on your phone do a search find and select parrot.Enter default code 1234 when prompted as a pin.
If you have no red and green buttons, then turn your ignition to 0 so your parrot is visible to Bluetooth devices, but no lights on dash i.e. Not to positions 1, then slowly press + then - on the steering wheel vol controls make sure you press each one and hold for 1/2 a second repeat pressing + and - buttons 5 times, the parrot will the delete all phones and you are good to connect a new phone.
The passcode for a Nokia CK-7W is 0000 you may need to clear all old phones first by holding down the Nokia button for 10 seconds whilst the car ignition is off. To pair with a Parrot ck-300 you will need to search for the kit from your bluetooth menu on the phone, the passcode is 1234 you may need to delete all old phones from the menu, hold down the red and green button until the parrot says "deleted".
Your Parrot may need updating to work properly with a phone as new as the C5. but you can try the following, To send a contact * From the phone press MENU button and go to CONTACTS * Select the contact you want to send and chose OPTIONS / SEND BUSINESS CARD / VIA BLUETOOTH / MORE DEVICES * The phone will search for the available devices * From the list select the Parrot Product

If you have verified that the battery is good in the unit, try this (from the folks at Parrot). The HCU is the main control unit. 1) Turn the HCU on 2) Clear the memory on the HCU by holding down the power button and accept call button (the two large buttons on the face of the HCU) 3) Wait until you hear the HCU make the request "please pair device" 4) Hold the volume up and the volume down keys on the remote for 15 seconds 5) Release the buttons on the remote. It might be fixed now. Press the switch on the bottom of the remote to switch to radio and see.
1. Deleted every existing paired device on the Parrot CK3100.
2. Pressed all 3 buttons at once. Parrot CK3100 screen lit up and buttons lit up after about 5 secs. Turned car engine off. Parrot switched off. Turned car on again.
3. Went to settings, advanced settings, pair device (and also switched on iPhone bluetooth) and tapped Parrot CK3100 on the iPhone screen (which had now appeared) - phone connected.
After about a minute sync iPhone phonebook appeared on Parrot.
If you have lost the pairing on your phone with the headset follow these simple steps below: • Setting the headset into pairing mode 1) Ensure the headset is fully charged 2) The headset must be switch off 3) Press and hold the on button for +- 8 seconds until the light flashes red-blue 4) The headset is now in pairing mode • Searching for the headset on the phone 1) Go to “settings” or “connections” 2) Select Bluetooth, then options 3) Select Devices and click add 4) The phone should search for any available Bluetooth devices and display what was found 5) Select the Parrot device and click add 6) You will be required to enter in a pass code which is standard ‘0000’ 7) If successful then the headset will start flashing BLUE every few seconds. 8) If it’s a Samsung or Nokia phone you will need to “AUTHORIZE” headset on the device. • The headset is now paired with the phone
