How can I connect to a used parrot CK3100? Have tried 1234 and 0000 passwords. Have tried resetting with red and green buttons held down for a few seconds.

Have you tried pressing the 3 buttons?
Hard reset the CK 3100 by pressing all three buttons for two seconds and then pressing them a second time, a warning should indicate that you are about to reset all settings

Where are the red and green buttons on a parrot mk6000 when it is built into the car? i can't pair my phone , parrot says memory full

If you have no red and green buttons, then turn your ignition to 0 so your parrot is visible to Bluetooth devices, but no lights on dash i.e. Not to positions 1, then slowly press + then - on the steering wheel vol controls make sure you press each one and hold for 1/2 a second repeat pressing + and - buttons 5 times, the parrot will the delete all phones and you are good to connect a new phone.

Can u tell me what the pass word for the nokia ck-7w is and how to connect to the parrotv5.10v

The passcode for a Nokia CK-7W is 0000 you may need to clear all old phones first by holding down the Nokia button for 10 seconds whilst the car ignition is off. To pair with a Parrot ck-300 you will need to search for the kit from your bluetooth menu on the phone, the passcode is 1234 you may need to delete all old phones from the menu, hold down the red and green button until the parrot says "deleted".

No contacts in address book after pairing nokia C5 with Parrot CK3100. I find that my contacts are not available on the handsfree. I have used 2 other phones, with this same device, without a problem.

Your Parrot may need updating to work properly with a phone as new as the C5. but you can try the following,
To send a contact
* From the phone press MENU button and go to CONTACTS
* Select the contact you want to send and chose OPTIONS / SEND BUSINESS CARD / VIA BLUETOOTH / MORE DEVICES
* The phone will search for the available devices
* From the list select the Parrot Product

To send several contacts:
* From the phone press MENU button and go to CONTACTS
* Select the contact you want to send and choose OPTIONS / MARK/UNMARK / MARK
* Repeat procedure for several contacts
* Open the OPTIONS menu and chose SEND BUSINESS CARD / VIA BLUETOOTH / MORE DEVICES
* The phone will search for the available devices
* From the list select the Parrot Product

Remote does not work on SK4000.

If you have verified that the battery is good in the unit, try this (from the folks at Parrot). The HCU is the main control unit.
1) Turn the HCU on
2) Clear the memory on the HCU by holding down the power button and accept call button (the two large buttons on the face of the HCU)
3) Wait until you hear the HCU make the request "please pair device"
4) Hold the volume up and the volume down keys on the remote for 15 seconds
5) Release the buttons on the remote.
It might be fixed now. Press the switch on the bottom of the remote to switch to radio and see.

Pairing a Parrot CK3100 to Iphone 3GS

My iPhone 3G is now connected. Did 3 things:

1. Deleted every existing paired device on the Parrot CK3100.

2. Pressed all 3 buttons at once. Parrot CK3100 screen lit up and buttons lit up after about 5 secs. Turned car engine off. Parrot switched off. Turned car on again.

3. Went to settings, advanced settings, pair device (and also switched on iPhone bluetooth) and tapped Parrot CK3100 on the iPhone screen (which had now appeared) - phone connected.

After about a minute sync iPhone phonebook appeared on Parrot.

Hope this is helpful.

Unable to pair with CK3100

You need to reset the Parrot first.

Hold down red and green buttons together until she tells you that the memory is being cleared. Then she will prompt you to pair your phone.
