The best way to find that is to go to the 'processes' tab (in task manager) and click on the top of the 'cpu' column to arrange by processor usage. Once you have found the process running at 100%, you can google it to see what the problem program is. Once you know that, you can either reinstall/uninstall it using add/remove programs (in control panels).
A bad program that is running in the background. Open Task Manager, find out what program is and uninstall it.
You need to upgrade your memory module. your CPU is eating up the remaining resources. because the memory can accommodate the process.
