- I am only 12 years old and I have a Nokia although not sure which number. I was fiddling around on my phone when I had a screen pop up saying enter PUK code. I wasn't sure what it was, so I went on the internet to find out what it was. I now know what a PUK code is but I don't know where the form saying what my PUK code is, so should I use my mom's phone to call the administrator?- sep97

PUK code is related to your service provider. Don't confuse that there is some problem with your phone. If you provide wrong PIN code(which is also related with SIM card and service provider) a few number of times, your SIM gets locked and which can be unlocked by PUK code which you can easily get by calling your service provider's customer care (usually tollfree).
