My laptop started to slide off my bed...I grabbed it before it hit the floor. I grabbed ahold the screen. Now where my thumb pressed on the screen is red and black and there are several red and hot pink streaks across the top of my screen. Is this something that might go away? Can it be repaired or is it ruined now?

You have probably damaged the LCD display by compressing it. It may improve over time but it is unlikely that it will go back to normal. You can try gently massaging the screen and see how it affects the issue, this is a method to repair dead pixels.
Hope this helps,

Yes, all campers with slide outs have a way to manually crank the slide in/out in case of motor or electrical failure. The fun part is figuring out where exactly the place to insert the tool, if you have it. Larger slides with rails typically are brave to the main frame under the slide out whereas the smaller type (bed) would be under the bed and the false floor for protection.
Sounds like your screen is going bad, specifically the connectors along the edges.
Try this: grab the top edge of the screen by the sides, put your thumbs on the plastic at the top and as far towards the middle of the screen as your thumbe will reach. Use your thumbs to push the middle of the screen back from the edges of the screen just a little bit.
BE GENTLE, you should only need about twice the pressure you'd use to press your spacebar on your keyboard.
If one or more of the lines disappears, the screen is going. In some cases, you can get rid of most of the lines by doing this, but they will come back the next time the laptop gets a good bump.
Look under the car, under the right floor board toward the front for a small rubber tube, this is the a/c condensate drain tube, it coould be on the right side firewall under hood close to the bottom. Dirt wasps love to build nests inside these tubes, they become plugged and the condensate runs inside on your floor board on the right side, to clear it, grab ahold of it and squeeze it along the length and gently twist it back and forth, then operate the a/c and see that water is coming out of it. Hope this helps, let me know.
Try Removing Your Power Button Panel Strip/Hinge Cover...it's only held on by snaps... on the right side you will see a Notch, use a pry tool, preferrably something plastic, if not then a thin phillips head screwdriver will do... Pry upward, then grab ahold and continue pulling upward, it will start to unsnap, Stick the pry tool under the hinge cover and pry upward , now it will probably completely unsnap and you can remove it....
Right Under where your Power Button Sits, You Will See A Button Pad... Press This to see if You Can Power It On...
then, there are 2 knob, sticking out of the sides of the frame, about 6 inches below the handle, from the normal pushing position, hook yr fingers round them and slide them up the frame towards the handle
the handle will drop, then just up the frame from the cross bar under where the set is.
