Usually the HDAudio requires the HD driver and the sound driver. The normal way to solve this would by by uninstalling your current audio driver, restarting your machine, then reinstalling your audio driver using the most recent audio driver.

My Acer Aspire 4715Z also has the same problem.Do i need to do exactly just like what Stef1981 say?
