Orbit does not chatge (USB) NOT working !!!

I just put a battery (50% loaded) in my O2 XDA Obit.
sometimes it says "charging", and when it does it's just 1 second. Then it stops.

It gives a different background light when USB connected, so it looks like it sees the USB, still won't charge...

I also cannot connect to my PC, using the USB, it just doesn't recognise the phone.

Any idea??

there is a setting in the power optinos that says "not charging the pd while it is on AND plugged in to the computer"
