You would have to sign on to your account with Norton and first off, make sure that the license you bought allows it to be used on multiple computers, if so, then you should be able to download the pogram from that site on your office computer.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Cannot install norton virus

Ok, you have two choices here. you can purchase a external CD ROM drive and hook it up to this laptop if there is not a pre installed drive present. You can find these external drives at office depot. The second choice is to log onto the Norton website and purchase a on-line download. this will allow you to download the Norton software, via on line transfer.

Please rate and god bless:)

So slow on start up, comp only 6 months old

It will be easy enough to prove whether it is the Norton or not. Make sure you have it registered with Symantec. Uninstall it using Symantec's Norton Removal Tool.

See how it performs. I don't expect much improvement, but at least you can go back to the vendor with some ammo. Hopefully they wil give you some satisfactory help and then you can reinstall the 360 and login to Symantec to reactivate it.

If it does improve to "new" condition...hmmm, I'll have to think about that.

A question: Where you surfing much before installing the Norton 360? There is always a chance you picked up some spyware/malware that is causing the problem. Comment back.

Norton 360 is not recognisingproduct key

Is the Norton 360 preinstalled on the new laptop, or are you installing from a disc? If the latter, call symantec customer service, not technical support.
