Open the recycle bin. Then, select the file you want to restore (or multiple files, through either Ctrl-click or Shift-click), right-click it (them), and select 'Restore'. It (they) will be moved to its (their) original location(s), prior to its (their) deletion.

How to rename recycle bin

I'm am sorry I am a little confused, you want to rename the recycle bin Registry key, but not rename the actual recycle bin? I need a more detailed explanation of the problem that is very specific. Also, just out of curiosity, why do you wish to rename the recycle bin? I am just curious.
