Question about Refrigerators
SOURCE: Food is freezing
usually there is an adjustment at the back for the difference between the fridge and freezer compartment. Often is just a vane that blocks freezer air, too much air would freeze the food. Normally you set the fridge thermostat for a normal food temp, then adjust the air to keep the food warmer than the freezer.

This happened to me, I found that the cooler would not go below 70 degrees because the cooler had lost its coolant or wouldn't work. I do not know, but as it was under warranty, an appliance repairman came and said that it was worth fixing, so it was replaced with in a week. Normally you would just hole the button in until the desired temperature is selected. Once released the cooler would attempt to set this temperature. If it is not, then I suspect it too is broken. Good luck.

SOURCE: temperatuer gauge says LE
If your gauge displays LE, it is below 15 degrees F. That means your beer will freeze. The same problem occured on mine. I called Danby and the rep was very helpful. She informed me it was definately a problem with the temperature pad on the front of kegerator. The part cost less than $3 and shipping was $7. It was an instant fix and it was easy to replace. Remove the four screws to the tower on top, the three screws to the rear, and pull the top off. Flip it over and remove the two screws to the computer. Unplug the old and replace with the new. Very simple job. Due to the low price of the pad, I would order two. The shipping price is the same and I don't have to worry about another keg being ruined because I now have a spare on hand. Hope this helps.

same problem, can not fix. Had a authorized service tech who said that you can not add freon to this unit, the only option is to plant flowers in it.

I have the same model in my 5th wheel. I found a white plastic piece on the far right side of the metal slats inside the refrigerator. This plastic piece has some kind of a probe attached to it. The white plastic piece slides up/down on the metal slat. There is a sticker next to this thing on the right side of the refrigerator (inside) that shows a range of "colder to coldest". I think if you slide that piece up/down, that is what controls the temp inside the frig.
