My factory DVD player will except disc the ejects it

If I understand your rather cryptic post correctly...

This very well could be a Blue-Ray disk loaded into a
non-Blue-Ray capable DVD player. Your car player's capabilities MUST match the disc, otherwise, the disc won't play.

I've run into this very same problem with my home DVD players. Which both are non-Blue-Ray capable, but I was able to verify the Blue-Ray discs on my PC.

Won't complete the load disc process

Loading may mean it is not seeing the disc---A dirty or bad optical pickup is possible if you get this error with every disc.

Head spins and say "Loading" but then says "No Disc"

I cleaned the lens, but I also tip the play upside down with the disc in it and it seems to work.

reset to the factory default then load ver 2.60(most current). If the system still does not read any discs the laser is bad.

Audiovox VD1400ht

I have the same model #VD1400HT.
Problem #1- the drive belt on the tray has "streached"
Solution- replace or cut out 1/4" & superglue back together.
Problem #2- the ribbon cable under the DVD assembly is hitting the bottom of the DVD tray as it attempts to open.
Solution- rebend the cable or apply tape to hold down.
These fixed my problem.
