If it's a beep every second, call Fisher & Paykel 24/7 call center and tell them what lights are lit up on the wash progress lights and they'll be able to advise you what the problem may be. You'll likely need service though. If the beeps are musical - you're user guide should give you some options on what to do - otherwise call F&P and they'll help

A common fault with F&P machines is in the water inlet valves. It is not afvisable to exchange the hot and cold valves because they are different. The faulty valve should be replaced. . Goodluck.....Nomess
Is it filling so it is flooding your floor? Could be that too many suds are in the pressure switch tube ( are you using "he" soap? ) or the pressure switch is not registering the water level. Note the lights illuminated when it beeps and call F/P.
It sounds like you need to re programme the machine. With the machine plugged into the wall and turned on and the headset turned off this is what you do. Push and hold down the start button, while doing that you need to then push and hold down the power button. Hold them down for about 5 seconds, during which time you may a series of up to 3 beeps. Then release the buttons. Turn the machine off and then on again followed by the start button. Allow the machine to then run the complete cycle. This should correct your problem, if this doesn't then you may need to then look at replacing the computer panels.
