My flymo 300 compact is getting very load and is vibrating,concerned about useing it,do you know what the problem can be?and can i fix it?

sound like a bad pressure switch or sensor, try cleaning or washing the bag, inspect for broken wire.

the upper section of the grass collection box is a fill indicator. this indicator shows green and turns red when full. it also triggers a power off switch. it sounds like some debris has caught between the switch and indicator.
with a fine dry small paint brush or cotton bud clean around the switch .

You can put spacers under the blade, a twin pack of spacers are available from Flymo part no. 513811081., from memory you are allowed to fit three spacers.

There are no brushes available for this model, if the brushes are worn that bad the motor will be just about worn out as well, new motors are available.

Replace the disc.

the blade shape can not be changed they are heat treated and if bent they will break, the only way to change the blade height is by changing the blade adapter.
