So your firmware is good.... it's not the program,, ir's a hardware failure, you dont have signal...dont you have warranty ? co'z if you're going to the service center they are going to repair your parts. and once they do that youre going to loose your warranty. and fix that is expensive might have faulty ( p.a. power ampli, or uem. power and audio ic.. tnx...

If this happened on a land line phone call the operator and give him/her the number and they will report it.Ask the operator if there is a way to block that number from calling you.If it's on a cell phone most phones have the option of blocking certain numbers.Somewhere in the settings/phone menu.You can go to your local police department and file a phone harassment complaint and give them the number of who's calling you.There are a number of sites online where you can look up a number. is for international phone numbers. You can always google the whole number to see if anything comes up. If it still continues after all that, get your number changed and tell the phone company that you were having abusive/obscene calls and it won't stop and the phone company will change your number for free.GOOD LUCK!

it might be one of those phone calls you can buy to abuse someone (practicle joke)by a friend
or ring the number back ask them whats the problem or report the number to police

I want the Product serial number

there should be a number on the bluetooth device, if it is a device, if its a mobile phone, there should be a serial number on your phone, its normally on the back near where the battery sits. if you cannot find them, call the brand (ie LG, motorola etc) helpline and they should be able to help.
