windows will typically save the last location that you had a screen for a particular program when you close it. So basically if you started an email message then closed the screen instead of sending it, windows will save that location and open a new message in the same place next time.
Try creating a new message, move and resize the screen to where you want it, then close it with the X at the top right. Then go back and open a new message again and see if it loads the screen where you told it to. Note: when you do this, make sure no other message screens are open, it only pays attention to the last screen being closed.
To delete single messages on an ENV2 with broken inner screen:
1) Go to your message inbox on your external screen to find the message you want to erase, but don't open it.
2) Open your phone and hit OK (to open message)
3) Hit the top left silver button, then OK.
Wait a few seconds for it to delete. If you know you have multiple messages right in a row you can skip step 1 and the first part of 2 (open your phone).
yes, you would need to actually take the entire phone apart, start by taking the battery out, taking out the screws in the back..opening the bottom part of the phone, take out the board, then the key board should just pop off, then take the screws out of the phone on all four corners open the screen, look for where the flex attatches to the screen and where the male female parts are, take that off and do it in reverse to put the other screen in
Mine does the samething. Call customer support and let them know your phone is not working and you need a replacement. Mine is getting replaced. Mine started as just the "ok" button now it's moved to the 4-5-6 row. very frustrating.
