Wireless Printer will not work

I have a wireless laptop and a netgear wireless router. I also connected my lexmark 4300 to the router with a cable. I used to be able to print no prob. I can get online(as you can tell), but I cannot get my printer to coomunicate with the laptop. I took my inspiron 6000 in because I think I had a virus. I had to reinstall a driver for my my touch pad after I got it back so there may be something else missing, but I do not know what to look for...? Don't know if I just need to click or to look for something that is from Netgear or Lexmark. I am using a netgear ps121 thing to connect my printer to the Netgear router

The ps121 is a Netgear print server that I have directly hooked up to the Netgear Router. It's not wireless, but it hooks directly up to the Router and has worked no prob in the past. Is it possible I need to reinstall the Server driver? Does a print server have a driver? I'm not sure?

OK you reminded me that I probably needed a driver so I went to my files and I had saved the driver installer(instead of just installing it) and I reinstalled it and it is printing again!!! Thanx a bunch for jogging my memory. This website is pretty cool!! I will be using it again in the future!!! But 1st I have to find out where to find " problem thread on your profile page, under "My Problems". is at this website. Culdn't seem to find it despite being signed in....BUT thanx again!!

The Lexmark X2600 printer does not support wireless connectivity because it doesn't have a wireless network adapter. Another indication that the printer does not support wireless connection is that it doesn't have a wireless medallion symbol in front of the printer used to indicate wireless signal.

This could be a firewall issue. Make sure to allow full access to all Lexmark software and printer communication processes in the program rules/permissions for your firewall.

Also, place your printer where it receives excellent wireless signal quality and away from other electronic devices which can cause wireless interferences (e.g. cordless phones, microwave ovens, baby monitors, garage door openers, and other wireless electronics).

You have free tech support with Lexmark for this printer. You might try contacting them. Secondarily, you could try resetting the factory defaults from the front screen of the printer, and removing the power block (the power cord is connected to it) then reinserting it.

You can access driver downloads directly at the Lexmark support site. I know that during my setup of a P705 that it would not automatically download the updates.

I was wondering if there was a way to print from a wireless Dell laptop to the Lexmark P6250 printer without physically connecting laptop to printer?

NetGear wireless printer is what I use,so a ethernet cable from the netgear to the printer or usb cable , just setup the netgear to talk to the laptop.http://www.netgear.co.uk/wireless_print_server_wgps606.php
