Question about Archos Clipper MP3 Player
That means the problem is internal, what you can do is save your music onto your hard drive and then format the player and copy back your songs

Testimonial: "Thanks for that. I did however get in touch with archos and they basicly said the samme thing,as i said to the guy i was not that good on computors any way tried it on my tower pc from windows works a dream as you say it must be formated differant on my lap top. hay ho you learn somthing new every day. cheers"
I had this same problem; the Clipper can only play files that are mp3 or wma which I had thought mine all were but on closer inspection I discovered a few were mp4. Once I ensured the correct format of all the files the player worked without issue.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
