I am using Vista and have a Dell 942 AIO printer that will not scan. It will print and copy but when I try to scan a document, it does nothing. Any ideas???

- this is very frustrating.
i've tried downloading several scanning programs to try to make it work, but no luck.

- Yes, same thing....Dell 942 AIO will print but says "The All IN One driver did not respond" when I try to scan. It has worked just fine for 2 years....one day it just doesn't. Have already uninstalled and reinstalled printer.- Guest

try uninstalling & reinstalling the drivers....tht wld fix the issue...
