How do you open a sony vgc js160j all in one pc that has everything attached in the screen?

it shuts down and powers up itself or u can power it up in a few secs again ?
if second statement then it may be coolers fault. notebook can shut down if too much heat
try using everest ultimate edition to check temperature in your pc
if higher than 70 buy additional cooler in store

Disconnect the power from wall outlet for about five minutes also disconnect video cable from the PC.
Connect the cable to PC and power to known working wall outlet and see if it turns on.
Try a known working monitor and see if that works.

When booting press F8,or your button to get to the Screen that has Safe Mode etc on it..then select 'Disable Automatic Restart on System Error'

Maybe it might be a Memory Fault or a Startup Program causing this BsoD.

You might then try to run your PC in Safe mode and look for Programs you installed recently.
