Question about Xerox WorkCentre XD120F Laser Printer
EVERY TIME I MAKE A COPY THE IMAGE THAT I'M TRYING TO COPY SHIFTS COMPLETELY OVER FROM LEFT TO RIGHT. I'VE CALLED XEROX AND THEY STOP SERVICING THIS MODEL AND I LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS ISSUE. SOMEONE HELP
Wide blank area on Lead Edge, or Misregistration possibly accompanied by noise. The noise may be described as a clicking, buzzing noise while making copies. The noise may stop for short periods while making copies.
The registration Sol. pawl is not capturing the clutch to keep it from turning. This is caused by the Registration Sol. return spring being out of position, or when installing the Main Drive Assy., the pawl is "trapped" in the actuated position.
