I have tried everything that I could think of. Then I even tried having a tec look at same problem they said my motherboard is probably bad and that I would need to get a new one. But the problem with that is so far no sell it any more. So can you help me??

You're board does not use an integrated graphics card.
Monitor does not have video display. There can only be four reasons why.
1. The monitor's video cable is not connected correctly at each end (Video card & Monitor) or cable is bad.
2. The monitor’s power cord is not plugged into a good power source or cable is bad.
3. The monitor may be bad.
4. * The AGP graphics card is either not seated correctly in its AGP slot, (remove/clean copper contacts with alcohol/allow to dry & reseat snuggly), or graphic's card is bad.
Monitor’s power cord can be switched with the PC's power cord.
The video cable & monitor can be swapped by borrowing from a friend.
(Just make sure their stuff is working first).
Never open the PC case without unplugging the power cord first.

Luck!

Onboard video on Biostar P4M80-M7A V7.X P4M80-M7A

Go into BIOS Setup, set the graphics to OnBoard.

Biostar Support > P4M80-M7A Version 7.X mobo > Main Support page,

http://www.biostar-usa.com/mbdetails.asp?model=p4m80-m7a+v7.x

(MOtherBOard)

To the upper right is the - Product Support - heading in a purple banner.

Click on the purple - Manual - in the list underneath.
Under the second purple subheading - Docs - (Documents), click on
p4m80-m7.pdf in Red.

[ Ignore if you are aware;
This is a PDF file. The computer you are using now has Adobe Reader on it; which uses PDF files.

After you click on the above file name it may take up to 30 seconds, before the first page comes up.
(The file is downloading in the background, and you will be looking at a blank page until it fully downloads.

Hover your mouse cursor at the Bottom/Middle of the page.
The ghosted out navigation guide will appear.
Go to the far right, and click on the Adobe PDF icon.
When you hover your mouse cursor over it, - Show Adobe Reader tool bar - will briefly appear.

Use the Zoom Out icon ( - ) at the top to decrease the view size.
Use the Zoom In icon ( + ) to increase the view size.

You can use the Down Arrow to go page by page, to the page you want;
Or,
If you know the page you want you can do this;
1) Put your mouse cursor in the Adobe Reader page number box.
(Box to the right of the Down Arrow.

2) Left-click once. (Anything in the Adobe Reader page number box, is now highlighted in Blue)

3) Type the page number you want.
4) Press the Enter key

The Adobe Reader page number, and the actual manual page number, are NOT the same ]

Page 9 FOR the actual manual page - Motherboard Layout
The Clear CMOS jumper is right above the Front Panel header.
(Clear CMOS Jumper = M; JCMOS1
Front Panel header = L; JPANEL1

Clear CMOS procedures - Page 16. (Actual manual page)

Wonderful manual (?)
Doesn't give BIOS Setup info. I don't see a separate manual listed for it, either.

Hmmm,.....

I'm going to need your eyes to look into BIOS Setup for me.

Use the Clear CMOS jumper, and procedures, then if it doesn't work post back in a Comment.

Regards,
joecoolvette

{Not only will it clear CMOS Error Codes, but it will also set BIOS Setup back to the factory default settings.
One of which is the motherboard is set to use it's OnBoard Graphics.
(Integrated Graphics)

New agp video card won't work.

The only way to tell if it is the connection or the card is to try a different card. Take it back to the place you bought it from and have them swap it for a new one.
