If the car is a peugeot, renault, vw, audi, fiat. Chances are the lives just need to be swapped into the radio. Lives on a radio are red and yellow. on some makes of cars these are the opposite way round. so join yellow to red and red to yellow. this will solve the memory storage problem.
take the face off and press the reset button -if this does'nt correct the problem remove the power harness for about a minute or so put the plug back in and try again-if this does'nt help send me an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
check all your fuses and then take the face plate off and push the reset button. if that doesnt work just check the wire connections sometimes if the wires dont have enough contact they want work. i had that issue when i upgraded the speakers in my jeep the connections were not good enough.
