Try downloading new drivers for the mouse. Restart the computer after you install the new drivers.

Mouse & Keyboard

Hi,

Try to plug in anothor USB port of your PC then restart. If it needs to syncronize push the little button on the wireless USB and the link button on the mouse (on some wireless models it has to link).

Hope this helps..

I have a GE wireless optical mouse that has decided no to work

I had the same problem till I discovered there are two buttons (not just one) you have to push to re-link the mouse and the USB receiver. Plug the little receiver in, push the tiny "connect" circle on the receiver (which is actually a button I guess), then wait for the red light to start blinking. Then press the little link button on the bottom of the mouse.

Mouse stopped working..changed the batteries..was working, now it

There should be a connect button on the receiver either on the top or underneath, if there is press that button.
Then go to the mouse and press the connect button on that and just left or right click to activate it.
Let me know how you get on or if you need any more help.

Good luck

Yodata wireless optical mouse

I also have a yodata mouse and have been battling with it. I just got it going again, but don't really know what I did. I put the mouse off by pressing on the button on the bottom, I unplugged the USB receiver from the back of the laptop and put it at the side to access it more easily, when I did that it loaded again. I then pressed the button on the bottom of the mouse again and it started to work again. I don't know if this is a normal problem with all cordless "MICE" but I wasn't impressed with the instructions at all.

How do you get the mouse to work?

So I was having the same problem and then I remembered which button to push. I pushed the button on the side of the USB component and then I used a pen and pushed the button on the bottom of the mouse. Then the two linked and it works now. Goodluck - hope this helps you.
