WILL NOT EJECT DISC

What is the model number of your DVD player? You may try power resetting the unit and check if it helps. To power reset, turn OFF the DVD player and unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet for 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet and turn the player ON. Attempt to open the disc tray.

Depending on the model number of your DVD player, simultaneously press the POWER + STOP + EJECT buttons. If the disc tray still does not open, simultaneously press the DISC1 + STOP + EJECT buttons.
NOTE: This step may not apply to all models as DISC1 is not available on all DVD players.

If this does not work and if the DVD player has DISPLAY and PREV buttons, press and hold the DISPLAY+PREV buttons for two seconds to unlock the drawer.

My LG DVD blue ray player has lost all power. Suggested trouble shooting did not work. How do I retrieve the DVD stuck in the player?

Hi
On most optical drives (CD, DVD, etc) associated with computers there is a small hole somewhere in the front cover. If, with the power off, and the unit unplugged, you push a straightened paper clip into this hole it will often release a catch and push the carrier out a few millimetres and it can then be pulled out completely and the disk recovered. This does not usually damage the disk or player in any way.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
Cheers

Magnavox h2160mw9 power won't come on

I have 2 Magnavox h2160mw9 that won't turn on after power failure. I unplug, wait 15 to 30 minutes, then re-plug and the Magnavox h2160mw9 powers on by its self. I have to reset clock and any programing that was erased. Channels previously scanned remain okay. Hope this helps.

My mp3 player is not working after 3 days of using it

Hi, try replace the battery and if it doesn't still power on, it means it is hardware problem, you need to get to a technician to help fix the problem.

Compliments and wish you the best.

Stuck in pscan, no book, help

By "pscan", I'll assume you mean progressive scan mode?

disconnect unit from A/C power. Hold in power button, plug unit into wall whilst holding in power button for 10-15 seconds.

If that doesn't reset unit, then simply hold power button in for 30 seconds whilst power is already applied to the unit. That not work?

Toss unit into the garbage.
