when i try to connect to receive my picture message it says connection failed.

i cant recive any picture messages on my phone which is unlocked and i also use other sims in it aswell, i cant even tell if my phone has recived a picture message, it dont even appear up, iv been on the settigs and corrected it, but still it dosent seem to be working

I have gone into the menu and clicked on messaging and then clicked inbox. I clicked on my new message and it comes up downloading message and then download failed. communication error please try again later
