Check to see what frequency the network ( if its wireless ) is running. Could be thats its 802.11 N and your computer can only pick up 802.11 B/G. If this was any help to you, please rate me. Thank you.

On my WIndows 7 computer it shows that my wireless is connected, but it also says, "Unidentified Network, no internet access" and I can't get on

Click on the network icon (five vertical bars, next to the speaker icon, bottom right of screen). When network window opens, click on name of network. If a blank box opens with a message asking for the network key, enter the security code that you entered after the WEP setting on initial installation.

If this doesn't work then I suggest that you re set the modem to factory default and go through the initial set up again, choosing a new name for the network.

Are you sure you aren't connecting to another network by accident?

Could just unplug your router, and check to see if you are still connecting to something.

Otherwise it could be the router needs rebooted, or you need to reconfigure the security on it.

What kind of device are you connecting from... phone or computer?

WIRELESS PROBLEMS

Well it should work on all the computers.
There might be some problem with the wireless connection.
You said the wireless works on all the other computers . that means the wireless router is working fine.
If your wireless network is secured then make sure that you have the correct network key / password.
Check the IP address on your wireless computer . Is there any static IP address on the computer.

Unidentified network

Your office network is probably hidden you will need to change the settings on the router. Talk to your Net Admin about it.
