Either the wrong printer is selected or the wrong size label inserted. Another possibility could be the incorrect size label in the format.

THERES A PAPPER JAM BLOW OUT REAL GOOD THEN PLUG BACK IN.

The printer will blink and not print if the incorrect size label is either installed in the printer or incorrect size in the software. You must have the same size in the software as installed in the printer.

Download and install the driver, like any other printer. What seems to be the problem?
