the printer prints b/w just fine on regular paper and cardstock but when I try to print in color on anything, it is muddy, and smells hot. Oki told me to make sure it was plugged directly into the wall socket and not a surge protector (what's with that?) and to replace the drums, which helped minimally. Tthe fuser has a reported 58% life to it, but I am thinking that it may be the problem Any suggestions?
