Question about Projection Televisions
Hi! I used to work in the TV trade until about two years ago after 30 years of service, I`m now a bus and HGV driver. Whenever I had to repair one of these sets, I would remove the chassis and just take that into the workshop for repair. These mirrors are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE and they are SILVERED ON THE FACE so if you go near it with a cloth, it WILL scratch the mirror. I never had to clean one so I`m just guessing, BUT Check the screen and projection lens/es FIRST. If they seem OK, I would just try and use a LOW PRESSURE AIRLINE but DON`T REMOVE THE MIRROR and DON`T let ANYTHING TOUCH IT. Best of luck, Ian.

The mirror is available:
Manufacturer JVC Part Number LC33055-006A Description MIRROR List $241.49
The mirror wholesales for about 160 and retails for the above price.
You now have the part number and if you search the internet you may find there.
