Whenever I call people they say they either can't hear me at all or that it's so fuzzy sounding they can't understand me. I can hear them perfectly. I have tried making calls with full service so I know this is not the issue. Any ideas on how to fix this???

1:can they not hear you completely? because if so then it is because you might have it on mute. 2: is it a fuzzy sound? if thats the case then its because your microphone is broken due to bad construction of the phone or you might have dropped it.
You might try resetting device by removing battery from cell while it is on and count to 30 and then replace it and power back on. If this doesnt work call your provider you may have bad device, replace it if still under warranty.
Well, I understand that the person you are talking to is't able to hear you when on call but you can hear them clear.... The first thing you could do to sort out the problem is to record yourself on the phone and see if you the phone picks out the sounds and able to record well enough.. If not, we can make it clear that, the speaker is inducing the sound well enough.. If yes, there has to be some problem such as speaker may be dogged with dirt particles or some obstacles else there's some problem with the tranducer in the phone.....
i had the exact same problem. basically (sounds a bit weird) but it happens if you drop your fone and the only way to let people hear you again is by dropping it again! so whenever you drop your phone you have to drop it again to fix it.
