hi there
please check firist this points:
1 - make sure the connection between MC200 panel and control box is connected secure.
2 - make sure backtack switch on control is activated ( start or end or both )
3 - if somebody play on rotary DIP switch please power off and by flat screwdriver change A,B,C and D to 3 stitches or 4 stitces up to you ( normaly set to 4 )

POWER PLUG IN THE BACK OF TIVOLI/SIRIUS RADIO IS APPARENTLY BAD AS WHEN PLUGGED IN MUST MOVE IT AROUND AT ALL ANGLES TO FINALLY HAVE POWER GET THROUGH.....CORD IS OK AS IT WORKS WITH OTHER TIVOLI/SIRIUS RADIO WITHOUT PROBLEM...IS IT A BIG PROJECT TO REPLACE THE PLUG IN THE BACK OF THE RADIO OR ARE THERE OTHER SUGGESTIONS....THANKS
