Question about Microwave Ovens
It sounds like a bad connection, probably on the control circuit board or on the little fuse / filter board in the back of the parts section.
You can usually find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number JES1139WL01 (not O1) here: http://www.geappliances.com/shop/prts/
There should also be a "mini-manual" hidden inside the unit behind the control panel, which is very helpful when troubleshooting.
