please can you help. on our combi we put in a dvd it comes up saying PLEASE INSERT A PLAYABL DISC, were using the same dvds we have always used. i contacted where i purchased the unit from and they seem to think the regional setting number has gone wrong. could you give us the factory number so we can try it?

I have the same problem.
