You need access to a computer with Internet access to download the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD.If your computer does not have a CD drive then copy these files onto an USB memory stick and boot up your computer with this USB memory stick. Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot up the laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions. Without Internet u get the sound, if yes, then sound driver is ok now i think when u want listen the music or video online there sound option is disable u just enable the sound option u will get the sound.
If you have a card reader on your computer, take out the memory stick from the psp and insert it into the card reader. Your computer should load the card normally and then you can transfer the music onto the card using your computer.
Uninstall Internet explorer 8 and any .net upgrade which is rescent. Try it now and use internet explorer 7 if it is working ok with downgradeor better goto firefox and download firefox. Other possibility is RAM has failed, if there are two sticks try booting with one stick in theA slot and other removed, alternate the ram sticks to test. Actually the problem is the memory witch is beeping every seconds during turning the laptop on. Check your memory stick, remove the memory stick, clean from dust. Reinsert it try to use the other memory slot. If the problem is still occurs the memory stick is bad or faulty already. You need to replace the memory stick.

This might have something to do with DVMT or Digital Video Memory Technology. Basically, the amount of video memory is dependent on the amount of memory installed. I'm not very familiar with acer system BIOS but try to look for VIDEO under system BIOS and try to select any fixed video memory if possible. you can also try to disable DVMT.
