Question about HP Officejet 7210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
1,open the rear end door and check for the paper slices.
2,clean the rollers in the rear end using a slightly wet cloth and close the door.
3,Unplug the power cable
4,press and hold the 3 and # keys simultaneously for 30 secs
5,holding the keys plug in the power cable and wait until u get the display as Partial RESET.then continue the screen options.
Hope will fix the issue ...Let me know after performing the tasks
