1.)TRY THIS : press ctrl+alt+ "an arrow key" and see if your screen positioning changes to normal again : Press all keys together : ctrl+alt+ "up arrow+key" could solve this
2.)try f8 option when your machine boots up then select last known good configeration.
3.)uninstall your VGA drivers, restart your machine, then reinstall your VGA drivers.
4.) Try onboard VGA graphics
5.) position your screen -15% angle :P
